The Anthony's Wish™ necklace is an exact replica of a real starfish.
Each one is individually hand formed. The starfish is 24 karat gold vermeil (fine silver dipped twice in 24 karat gold) on an 18 inch 14 karat gold filled chain. It measures 1 1/4 inch in diameter.
It is available with the choice of center stone (center stone is a 4mm stone).

Sales from the Anthony's Wish™ Necklace will benefit the Koinonia Foster Homes Oxnard, California District Office, where little Anthony's wishes were granted when he found his way into the heart of two very special people who adopted this special little boy.
Fittingly, the starfish symbolizes rebirth and regeneration. It is also known as the symbol of hope, optimism, and determination.
