The reversible bustle skirt can be worn four different ways. The skirt has apron-like mechanism and can be tied either way, also the skirt can be turned around on the waist offering total of four different ways to wear this skirt!
The other side of the skirt is soft poplin cotton, and the other side is vintage style heart print cotton. Velvet hearts decorate the tan side and stripe-ties finish the whimsical look.
